  • Yes, we offer virtual consultations for anyone in the US and Canada.

  • During a virtual consultation we will spend 30 mins analyzing your skin, discussing your skin goals, lifestyle changes that can help you achieve those and possible triggers causing your condition. We will recommend a full home care regimen and ship the products directly to your home.

    The price of the consultation is $150 of which $50 goes towards your product purchase. Please be prepared to invest between $200 and $600 for your first batch of products.

  • We will reach out to you via Facetime or Instagram video. If you do not have an iPhone and can’t FaceTime, please email us and we will provide you with a Zoom link.

  • If it is your first time with us , and you’re not sure what to select, you should book the Customized Facial for New Customers. Your esthetician will analyze your skin at the time of your appointment and recommend the most appropriate treatment for you.

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out our consultation form. If you are running late please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as we will definitely be recommending a curated home care regimen for you.

    If you are on prescription topicals, you have to stop using them a week prior to your facial.

    We will not be able to perform a treatment if you are currently on Accutane, if you are sunburnt or if your skin barrier is compromised and you’re having a reaction.

  • We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300-$1000 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. We prefer for each and every one of her clients to be on a full regimen curated by us, for optimal results. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment. Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, we will most likely start you off with products that fit your price range and go from there. We work with all budgets big or small, but be prepared to invest in your skin!

  • Acne Bootcamp is a 12 week program that we have curated that has 95% success rate with all types of acne. Acne bootcamp can be done in person and virtually (see virtual acne FAQ) If you are an in clinic patient, you will come in every 2 weeks for an acne treatment and Savanna will put you on a full acne regimen. Please be prepared to spend $200-$400 at your initial appointment for your full homecare in addition to your treatment cost. These products will last you the full duration of the program and even after. All of your products will run out at a different time, so don’t stress, you won’t be spending this much every 3 months.

  • Pigmentation Bootcamp is a 6 week program that consists of weekly light peels. There is minimal to no downtime. You must be on a full pigmentation home regimen. Please be prepared to spend $200-$400 at your initial appointment for your full homecare. These products will last you the full duration of the program and even after. All of your products will run out at a different time, so don’t stress, you won’t be spending this much all at once every time.

  • Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

    If you fail to confirm your appointment, via text confirmation or email confirmation that you receive 5 days prior to appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and/ or charge the $55 cancellation fee for each service you are booked for.

    If we are unable to charge your card, you will have to pay your balance first, in order to be able to book your next appointment.

    A client with three cancellations/no- shows in a row risks being terminated from our practice.

    We strictly enforce our cancellation policy and do not offer refunds, exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS!

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Your card will NOT be charged at the time of the booking. This is required for last minute cancellations or no-shows in which case it will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • If you are running late, please call our office and we will let you know if we can accommodate you or not. Please keep in mind that being late will cut your treatment time. If you are running super late and we don’t have time accommodate you , you will be charged a $55 cancellation/ no-show fee.

  • We do not offer refunds on treatments. If you have any concerns post treatment, please call the spa at 773-501-5440 or email magdalenaspa@gmail.com with details. We want our clients to be happy and we will do our best to address your concerns.

    When it comes to products once opened, it cannot be returned. Unopened / unused products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic or ship it to us so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please email magdalenaspa@gmail.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.

  • Check your tracking link, please contact USPS immediately and file a claim. Unfortunately once a package leaves our facility, there is not much we can do. We have no control over the shipping company’s operations. We will do our best to work with you and UPS to ensure you get your goodies!

  • You may notice when purchasing that there will be two options, you can either order directly through us which will be shipped directly from our facility or you can shop through the company’s link which will ship from their facility. We make commission on our affiliated links so you are still supporting our business! Please note we do not carry all of Glymed’s products in clinic so for those you will have to use our affiliated link to purchase.
